[TUTORIAL] White Wheels by -|TG|-Micra

Hello!
I know that someone got those "white" rims (or wheels if you like) like this:



Well, let's see how to fix that problem.
STEP 1
1) Go to SETTINGS>MULTIPLAYER







4) Then restart your MTA.
First STEP is done!
STEP 2
1) Go to MTA San Andreas 1.3\server\mods\deathmatch
2) Open the "local.conf" and "mtaserver.conf"file



3) Then find this on both files:
